I’m a story cartographer solving problems for the future of holistic communication at the intersection of content, learning and service design in digital spaces or in real life community.
This means that I investigate pain points and goals of user needs that they want to get done. Through collaboration and data analysis, I learn how to optimize their experience in new ways that become satisfying and natural habits. My approach to designing creative ecosystems of functional and relational connection is guided by narrative intelligence to align with brand purpose and inclusivity.
